RACE DAY ACCESS
NASCAR Garage and Pit Pass Registration and Access
We've sent you a digital invitation to register for your NASCAR Garage and Pit Pass, via Invite@NASCAR.com. If you have not already, please register for your pass as soon as possible.
Upon completion of your NASCAR Garage and Pit Pass registration, you will receive confirmation from NASCAR directing you to stop by the NASCAR Credentials building, please DO NOT do this, as we have saved this step for you. Dave Morton (Fifth Third Bank) will distribute your pass to you race day morning at the location on the map below, indicated by the RED star.
What to Expect as an RFK Racing Guest
Your NASCAR Garage and Pit Pass grants you access to the NASCAR Cup Series Garage for the entirety of race day. You'll get an up close look at how each NASCAR team operates. Look forward to the RFK Racing team showing you around the RFK haulers, garage bays, and so much more. We're excited to introduce you to our team and welcome you into our space on race day!
NASCAR Garage and Pit Pass Guest Attire
Attire at the race track is flexible, but we recommend smart casual. We also suggest comfortable shoes as you'll often be on your feet! Please refrain from wearing conflicting team apparel on race day, as you’ll be in attendance with RFK team members, crew members and team guests.
The NASCAR Garage is an active workplace for cars and team members. Please be mindful and respectful of the crews at work, and remain aware of your surroundings at all times.
Food and Beverage in the NASCAR Garage
RFK Racing will provide food and beverage within the NASCAR Cup Series Garage, through RW Grill Infield Catering.
Please note that alcohol is strictly prohibited within the NASCAR Garage.

Proceed to the Fifth Third Bank's Pit Road Suite #5 via the Infield Tunnel
12:00 PM: Fifth Third Bank Pit Road Suite #5 Opens
First Catering Serve in Suite
12:10 PM - 12:30 PM: Meet and Greet with No. 17 RFK Racing Driver Chris Buescher in Pit Road Suite #5
1:00 PM - 1:15 PM: No. 17 RFK Racing Hauler Tour
12:45 PM: Concert - ERNEST
1:30 PM: Grid Access Open to Credentialed Guests
2:15 PM: Driver Introductions
3:00 PM: Green Flag at Charlotte Motor Speedway
Stages 25/50/109 Laps = 248.52 Miles
Radios, headsets will be provided to guests at the pit box.
Pit Box seating will be available for guests.
4:30 PM: Final Catering Serve in Suite
RACE DAY INFORMATION
Parking at Charlotte Motor Speedway
If you have been selected as the designated parking pass recipient, you will receive a parking pass to the Champions Pavilion Lot. Dave Morton (Fifth Third Bank) will distribute your pass to you race day morning at the location on the map below, indicated by the RED star.
The Champions Pavilion Lot is in the infield and can be accessed through Gate 13 infield tunnel. Please be sure to have your pass visible on your rearview mirror at all times. Scan the QR code on the back of the pass for more details or follow the below map for guidance.
Charlotte Motor Speedway Suite Access
Your pass to Pit Road Suite No. 5 has been given to you by your Fifth Third Bank relationship manager. Please ensure you’re wearing your pass at all times, as that is your entry to all permitted areas of the track. Once parked, please enter via one of the infield access tunnels at Gate 13 or Turn 4/Gate 2 Pedestrian Infield Tunnel, indicated on the track map.
For best access to Pit Road Suites, walk in the direction of the Speedway TV, around the Cup Garage and Media Center.
Please note there are steps and elevators accessible to Pit Road Suites.
